It must also be relevant to its content for the title must speak for what’s inside.
The content must be valuable so as not to disappoint them. People love to read this kind of content. When you discuss your point, make it simple and easy to understand as if you’re just talking to a friend. Avoid insulting words and keep your tone respectful. Don’t make it appear as if they are stupid.
Bear in mind that they are smart people and can easily sense of what you’re trying to say. Always get straight to the point. Like you, they are busy people and hate hitting around the bush. (2) Design your ezines in such a way that it’ll be easy for them to open.
Choose the colors that are pleasant to the eyes and at the same time relevant to your line of business. (3) Make it personal. Use their first name, especially in the subject line. (4) Tell them something about yourself. They would love to know the person who’s sending them ezines.
Just like you, they like to receive emails from somebody they personally know. In this you’ll be able to develop a sense of relationship with them. Establish yourself as a friend to gain their sympathy and make them trust you. When they consider you as a friend, it will be easy for them to believe you.
Thus, they will take every word that you say because of that relationship and trust. Value this relationship by keeping your word and promises at all times. Do not ever betray them. If it’s difficult to gain their trust, it’s much more difficult to regain it after you betrayed them.
(5) Maintain a schedule in sending your ezines and stick to this schedule. If they like your messages, they’ll be looking forward to the next one. So don’t disappoint them. With so many competitors using ezine publishing, stand out from the rest. Impress your subscribers with high quality ezines.
