Some Dos And Donts of Internet Marketing
Start your internet marketing
move the right way by finding
your very own profitable
market niche.
Check here to find out how.
Look for profitable niches
and give your market what
they want and need.
************************************************************
Today I simply want to share
with you some DO's and
DON'Ts of internet marketing.
These are some of the
things that the best
internet marketers out
there follow.
DO believe in the industry.
Hyped up as it may be you
CAN make money with
internet marketing, enough
that you can make a
comfortable living with it.
That being said DON'T just
expect everything to be easy.
You can make money but not
overnight. Instant money is
simply not possible.
DO expect to work long and
hard.
DO create a website as well.
A website is your very own
virtual real estate property.
It is where your customers
can expect to find you and
your product and/or services.
The good thing is that you
DON'T really need to be
knowledgeable with HTML.
Nowadays anyone can
make a website. The tools
for doing that are readily
available.
While you're at it DO keep
your site's domain name
short and easy to remember.
That way your customers
will have an easier time
remembering your address.
Unique and special domains
are good but don't make it
such that no one would
remember it anyway.
DO keep your site simple so
it's easier for your customers
to find what they're looking for.
And please, DON'T make your
site the advertising banner
capital of the internet.
Banners are great, but only
when they come in small
quantities.
Saturating every part of your
site with ad banners is NOT
good advertising sense and
will only alienate and repel
your customers.
Too many banners can be
annoying. If you hate sites
like that then won't your
customers feel that about
your site too.
The list is the life blood of
every internet marketer out
there.
DO make list building one
of the top priorities in your
to-do list.
And while you're doing that
make sure you build a strong
relationship with your list first
before you even try to make
money out of them.
They need to know that you're
a person that they can trust
and relate with.
DON'T buy leads.
Yes, buying lists can be a
fast way of building your
customer base but it's also
the wrong way to go about it.
The problem with buying leads
is that you end up contacting
people who don't know who
you are.
Since they did not sign up
with you directly, they’ll
perceive your e-mails as
spam and your marketing
efforts as an intrusion.
Instead, let them come to
you of their own volition.
DO make it easy for people
to subscribe to your list.
Once they are a part of your
list DO make a consistent
effort with how you treat them.
What I mean is DON'T forget
or neglect them just because
they are already in your list.
Make sure you always keep
in touch with them and give
them something of value so
they have a reason to stay
and/or buy from you.
************************************************************
At the end of the day there
are a lot more DO's and
DON'T's that you need to
know.
The ones I have mentioned
above are merely the tip of
the iceberg.
What is important is you
go into this business with
sincerity and integrity.
Nothing less will do.
But before you start, you
need to know where your
niche market will be.
Get help finding it here.
Your very own profitable niche
market is there.
Your online success,
