Keep Your Customers Coming Back To You - NOT Your Competition
A product is no good if you
don't have the means to
show it off.
Create your very own website
so you can expose your
product to potential customers.
See how you can do it here.
************************************************************
You have customers that visit
your site.
That's great news.
Every internet marketer wants
to have customers that visit
their sites.
Having customers is all well
and good but . . .
. . . it doesn't help if they don't
come back again.
Many make the mistake of
thinking that they should go
after new customers all the
time.
That may be true - after all
new customers does help
expand your business.
But, because of that, many
forget that it is your old
customers that will help
you get in the money.
Why?
Well let me say this: what
good is attracting 25 new
customers if 75 of your old
ones don't come back?
Get the picture.
Yes, as internet marketers
your goal is to attract new
customers but much more
than that, your goal is to
keep your old customers
and keep them coming
back to you and not to
your competition.
For starters, having a friendly,
professional and easy-to-
navigate website is important.
You want a website that is
friendly to your customers
and easy for them to navigate.
Don't have a website that
confuses your customers
and makes it difficult for
them to determine what
it is exactly you are selling.
This is an almost automatic
loss of customers.
Your customer may really
want to buy from you, but
if your website is confusing,
not at all easy to navigate
and takes a lot of time to
figure out where the
information is, your
customers will leave.
Keep the lines of contact and
communication open with
your customers.
Offer them the chance to sign-
up to your free newsletter or
e-zine subscription.
This way you can update them
regularly on a weekly if not
daily basis.
Ask for their feedback on
certain things, like the
products that they have
bought from you.
By keeping them engaged in
your marketing process you
make them feel they are an
integral part of your community.
And make sure you give
your customers good
quality content.
Customers need to have an
incentive to stay.
Give then free stuff like free
reports or ebooks.
Basically, give them the
benefits for staying with
you.
Remember, like it or not,
customers are a finicky
bunch - if they don't get
any benefit from their
association with you
they will leave for
"greener" pastures.
It's human nature.
And don't be complacent just
because you're already doing
this for your customers.
You need to always be on
the alert to what your
customers like.
Do not ignore your customers.
Listen to them when they
speak because it could mean
the difference between having
a big list or not.
And the 1st step indeed is
having a website that won't
turn them away.
If you're just starting out,
creating a website may
seem daunting but not
necessarily so.
Check here to see why.
Because how can you even
think of keeping your
customers when they don't
even become one to begin
with.
