In Internet Marketing one
of the best ways to give
your profits a boost is to
enter into joint ventures
(JVs) with other internet
marketers.

Why is it a good idea?

Because you get to leverage
from your JV partner's list,
effort and even resources.

Of course they get to do the
same with you but the benefits
far outweigh the cost especially
if your JV partner has a bigger
list and more resources.

> Access to a potential
customer base that you
may otherwise not get

> You can add to your own
opt-in list

> A wider market for your
product

> Establish a working
relationship with an
established Internet
Marketer.


But how do you get these
established Internet
Marketers to even look
at your product and you,
let alone endorse it?

1. Promote their products
first


Basically its the quid pro
quo - the law of reciprocity.

When you do something for
them there is a sense of
obligation that they have to
do something for you back.

This is especially effective if
you do a good job in terms
of generating sales for them.

Once you approach them,
they may be more receptive
to your JV proposal

2. Invest in yourself

That being said you need to
answer this question:

"Why would anyone endorse
you or your product if you
don't even invest your own
time, effort, energy and
money into it?"

Basically, when you do
approach a potential JV
partner you need to have
all the market research
done.

You need to show your
potential JV partner that
there is a demand for
your product and that
they don't have to do
much in order to make
money.

They also need to see that
you've put your all behind
your product.

Remember, established
Internet Marketers are very
busy people and they are
bombarded by hundreds of
request for JV partnership.

In order to get their attention
you need to stand out in more
ways than one - in terms of
product quality, market and
demand, as well as the
effectiveness of your sales
letter.

3. Have a sales letter that
converts well


If your potential JV partners
endorse your product and
they don't make money they
probably won't do it again -
not with you at least and
your name may wind up in
some unofficial black list.

That's why you need to make
sure that your sales copy is
tweaked and tested to get
the most conversion possible.

4. Commissions

Some Internet Marketers
don't really care much for
commissions and look at
the networking benefits
instead.

But for the most part giving
your potential JV partner
high commissions won't
hurt you.

Start it at around 75% to
attract good JV partners.
Anything less than 50%
you can just forget about it.

wants to check out your
product first do not hesitate
to send them a copy of it
or give them the link to
download it from.

The most important thing
you need to do is to build
a rapport with your potential
JV partner.

With an established
relationship, even if you
are not able to get them
to do a JV with you now,
they may consider you
for their next project.
